Villa Sankara has been designed for the comfort with an architecture combining Balinese and colonial style; the thatched roof, the traditional gates, the stones materials deeply express the Balinese side as well as the wood column, the large balcony with their fans, some decoration and furniture remind the beauty of the large colonial villas. With five different bedrooms exceptionally arranged in three different buildings, with the living area combining different open space living, dining, library and a close media room, with the magnificent swimming pool and the two Jacuzzis well positioned in the tropical garden, everything is done a Sankara to enjoy the paradise nearby the Indian Ocean.

Villa Sankara is set on 2645m2 of land, and it s a luxurious 5 bedrooms villa, was designed to make the most its now scarcely available beautiful beach front location. This villa offers its charm and luxury due it is located is bedded beach front offers spectacular views of the ocean, a small river conveniently acting as boundary and buffer from the beach. Crossing over, another 500m2 of beach land comes with the property. Featuring glistening black sand, the beach is beautiful.

The Villa has a magnificent 100m2 black pool (20 x 5 x 1.45m deep), lined with black lava stone, reflects the ever changing colours of the sky. A 360 deg. Infinity edge pattern at ground level gives a floating impression within the surrounding garden and the front end drops over the lower garden, literally rejoining it with the ocean. A salt chlorinated water treatment makes the water soft and gentle to skin and eyes, perfect for children. Villa Sankara is right beside the pool drop sits a comfortable 3m diameter jacuzzi on its private ironwood deck. All fitted with hot water, bubbles and jets, facing the ocean.

Sankara is a 5 bedrooms Villa within 4 spacious suites, 2 detached garden suites within their own walled courtyard : The Raja suite offers an additional bedroom, sharing the large bathroom with garden, convenient for families. The Sankara suite offers a private hot jacuzzi stepping right off the bedroom and a bathroom with garden. 2 ocean view suites located on the first floor with large balconies. The Timur (east) and Barat (West) suites both offer large balconies facing the ocean and large bathroom on balconies also offering indoor and outdoor spaces

All 4 bathrooms are very different and were all designed to provide a large and sensual space, privacy and intimacy within a lush tropical setting. Indoor and outdoor spaces are offered with modern amenities, fans and air conditioning so that it is comfortable at all times. Very spacious dressing rooms . The center part of the property features a large inner garden, between the 2 detached garden suites and the main building, almost like a green courtyard, allowing for a calmer ambiance, for an afternoon tea and ideal for children to play.

Entering the villa, the staff quarter is set on the corner of a large covered parking separated from the villa area. Stepping ahead, a traditional Balinese gate and Palimanan stair leads down to the villa to reach a first opened sitting area. From here the visitor can appreciate the perspective of the villa with the infinity pool ending in the Indian Ocean.

Separated by an isle with a water fountain, each of the first two buildings is featuring one bedroom nicely set in cottage style each with private entrance. On the right side, the Jacuzzi Suite is featuring a private garden with a wall fountain and outdoor shower, the bedroom with en suite bathroom including bath tub, toilet and two basins, a walking dressing and a private Jacuzzi accessible directly from the bedroom. On the left side the Studio suite is featuring different gardens, one with out door shower, a very large bathroom including bath tub, toilet and two basins, two walk in dressing and studio room with private entrance and direct access to the bathroom which could be change into an extra bedroom. The main two storey building overlooking the over flow swimming pool, the tropical garden and the Indian Ocean is featuring on the ground floor an open air living area divided into living, dining, pool sitting, a close media room set on the backside offering large flat TV screen completed with comfortable seating and a well equipped kitchen.

The upper level features two other bedrooms facing the sea separated by an open space library. Each bedrooms suite features a large balcony, a dressing and a bathroom with showers, bath tub, toilet and two basins. In the lower garden close to the sea, a rounded shape large Jacuzzi is discreetly set with a wooden deck to relax facing the Indian Ocean. Each part of the villa are carefully designed and completed with fine selection of furniture and traditional artworks. The other facilities such as wireless internet access, Bose indoor and outdoor sound system... and the dedicated full service are provided to ensure a memorable stay at Villa Sankara Bali.
