It is located just a stone throwing from Bali’s premier International hotel complex-Nusa Dua, adjacent to the famous 5 star Conrad Hotel. It outlooks over the blue ocean, and from upstairs it has an open horizon to glance freely and catch the blue silhouette of Nusa Penida Island in the background and the volcano Gunung Agung to the East.

The villa has its straight-opened access to the unimaginable white sandy beach where water sports recreations are available just like raging from jet sky and water parasailing, fishing, snorkeling, and swimming in the safe swimming waterfront, all with views straight out of tropical paradise – white sand, overhanging trees, heavenly blue ocean and the blue silhouetted mountain and volcanoes.

The Villa has 3 air conditioned Bedrooms with Dressing Rooms and en suite Bathrooms. All bedrooms have Queen sized beds and the selected of finest linen. In addition the Villa features an open plan living area comfortably furnished to take advantage of the outstanding ocean views and soothing tropical climate. A separated dining is set in the tropical garden near the pool. An additional small Bale is also featured at front side of the property overlooking the 12.5m pool. Telephone, Television, DVD, VCR and CD players are also featured in the Villa. The soft furnishings are wonderfully comfortable and are ideal places for relax and leisure.
