The location is less than 10 minutes South of Jimbaran beach usually guarantees sunny days even when it’s raining in the rest of Bali, and it offers easy access to all parts of the island. A drive of about 15 minutes takes you to the famous Uluwatu Temple, to Bali’s most challenging surf breaks and to beautiful "secret" beaches. Nusa Dua with most of Bali’s international 5-star hotels, the "Galleria Shopping Center" and the "Bali Golf & Country Club" as well as the international airport can be also reached within 15 or 20 minutes. It’s around 25 minutes to Kuta with its great variety of shops, restaurants and night life, and about 30 to 40 minutes to Sanur’s hotels, restaurants and shops.

About Villa Ali Agung

Villa Ali Agung was designed by internationally acclaimed Balinese architect Popo Danes. The architect has been honored with numerous awards for his efforts in enriching Balinese contemporary architecture and preserving the heritage of both Bali and Indonesia. He has projects located throughout the Indonesian archipelago; in Malaysia; Thailand; the United States; and India. He is known for his sensitivity to nature, the environment and the culture within which he is working. The interiors were designed by Roland Adams. The architecture and designs incorporates the amazing view and give you the feel of an elegant, comfortable and very spacious family home. The rooms fill with light through the large glass windows and doors, the colors are kept in elegant and soothing creams and hues of warm natural browns which is reflected in the materials used natural marble and woods and natural decorative objects selected by Roland Adams.

The double story main building offers 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and the twin bedroom, the “children’s room” which also has its own ensuite bathroom with shower. The lower level incorporates one master bedroom with walk in dressing room, ensuite bathroom, antiques style writing desk and wonderful views. There is the lower level lunge with comfortable sofas and a large flat screen TV, dining area for seating 8 guests adjacent to an open modern style spacious kitchen. 

The lounge area sofas are positioned so that one can enjoy again the full sweeping views over the swimming pool. The lounge area large glass sling doors  open up to a white Palimanan Stone  pool deck extended by a unique infinity pool which is perched over the hill as if you were floating in the sky. The upper levels has the other master bedroom, it’s private lounge area, a separate smaller dining table and the children’s room. There are large glass windows all facing towards the ocean. 

The separate guest house has it’s own lower level open plan living area and powder room. A candle lined staircase leads you to the double bedroom, elegant bathroom and balcony. The layout and generous proportions of Villa AliAgung allows for much privacy and the villa is ideal if 2 families wish to share this spacious villa.

To keep privacy to every customer, this villa is looked so quiet but please be sure, there are enough staffs from gardeners and pool attendants, house maids, cooks, security guards to house manager are fully attentive working in hidden and silence to manage everything for you to guarantee your satisfactions during staying in this villa. They are attentive but not intrusive…
